Easter Stuff

I got the kids these cute outfits for Easter. I didn't get any pictures of them in them, but they looked so adorable and all grown up! I will post some pictures when they wear them again!

We had a good dinner with my grandparents and Roger's parents. After dinner we sat around and talked and ate the incredibly good cheesecake I made for dessert. That was the last dessert I'll have for a while. There is still plenty in the fridge but I'm dieting! Everyone has said enough so I know I need to lose weight. My dear husband however hasn't said one word and hates that so many people have said things, but I know I'm big. People don't have to tell me. It's harder now than ever before to not eat though because I'm constantly home with the kids! If anyone has any tips I'd love to hear them!

Ashley, don't feel bad. I still have twenty pounds on me and Jayci turns one next month, so I definitely know how you feel!!! I recommend keeping lots of veggies, popcorn, and 100 calorie packs around to snack on and eating six smaller meals a day. That way you don't feel hungry and never get too full either. Good luck. I know how it feels. I still can't fit into most of my clothes. It sucks! You aren't alone!

Drink tons of water and eat lots of veggies! That's been my trick. I usually stay pretty full between meals as long as i'm drinking plenty of water. Don't feel bad.. you look great!! And hello.. you just had a baby.. you aren't expected to be perfect.

wait, did i read that right...people are telling you that you are big...? What is this world coming too...RUDE!!! You just had a baby for cryin out loud, plus not too long after your first one, some of us our human and we don't go back to our size 1 as soon as we leave the hospital!!!

I have this DVD that I am in love with right now. it is the biggest loser power sculpt. (I got it at walmart, you can also order it on amazon.com) you need weights to, but I love it!! We have the cardio one too...it kicks my butt, I am not in love with it yet, but they do work!! I think drinking lots of water is a good thing, i need to remember to do that!!!

p.s. I peek at those beautiful kiddos of yours on occasion!! Can i just tell you they are beautiful!!! so lucky they have that beautiful olive skin, I think our kids are doomed with being very WHITE!!!!

Okay, Ash,
I had MY last baby 13 YEARS ago- it is no one else's business how much you weigh. People that say those things are very shallow, not to mention RUDE!! You are doing great! Love, Aunt Viki

Limit your sugar intake, switch to whole grain, increase veggie and water intake and DON'T EAT AFTER 7:00 P.M. Best advice I can give you in a nut shell and are you kidding you don't look heavy Ashley.
