Life...

This last week has been a stressful one for my family and our friends. A lot has been going on and I just wish that people would only be supportive instead of being so judgemental towards others when there could be some fault involved but not as much as perceived. People have to remember the values we've been taught. I hate it when people say things that they have NO idea about because they've never worked in that field or even know any business about it. I'd like to know that people would have empathy for others and only care. When people think that someone deserves something bad to happen to them they aren't being kind. I know I can not say I have been perfect in this area but after all of these struggles I hope to only grow from this experience and think that no one deserves to go through such harsh trials.

Life is precious and we have to make the best of it not the worst. Life on Earth is only such a small part of our eternal life so we should make wise decisions. We all make mistakes but we hope to only learn from them.

I hope that everything gets worked out and we all get through these trials together. We love you all and our prayers go out to everyone.

Birthday blues....

Yesterday was my 22nd birthday and I had the weirdest birthday feeling I've ever had. I know I'm really not that old, but it's sad to think that I won't be as mobile and pain free as I was when I was younger. Since I chose to dance on the gym floors those three years in high school on drill team without shoes I have ruined my knees and every time I run or am in extreme cold weather I get pain because I have two torn meniscus's. I also have bad ankles and a torn muscle in my back from being dropped while doing a flip. At the time those injuries did not mean anything to me because I enjoyed performing and loved dancing, but now that I am getting older pain keeps creeping up on me. I do miss dancing and still dream of opening my own studio one day once we have settled our family in one location, which won't be until Roger completes the rest of his schooling..oh such a long time from now. For the rest of my pregnancy I'm planning on walking 3 miles a day so I can keep my weight down if at all possible. And I will try to cut sweets out as much as possible, but that was hard with Ethan. That's all I wanted. I plan on getting into really good shape after this pregnancy as well so I can accomplish all of my goals. I plan on waiting atleast 3 years until we have another one just because these two will be so close and I want my body to heal well.

So I guess I won't be able to enjoy birthdays as much as I used to, but I'll just have to live with it and look at my kids and be happy that I've had the chance to experience all the joys of having a beautiful family. I love Ethan so much and I'm sure once I have another one I will love them both even more. There is nothing like a mother's love. So I guess I get to say to myself cheer up!! Life will get better even when I get older!!

Lemon Cupcakes!!!

Nana made lemon cupcakes tonight and so we decided to see what Ethan would do with one!! He wasn't sure at first what to do because unlike other babies he hasn't got the hang out picking things up and putting them in his mouth. Nana took these cute pictures of course. I love the way his eyes look in this picture!!
Look at that cute hand!

It's a........

Well we had an ultrasound today and they predicted that we are having a ...G-I-R-L!!! We are so excited and just can't wait to have a boy AND a girl now. I think we've decided on a name, but we're still not sure what the middle name should be. They also said she's already approximately 14 oz. And they estimated my due date to be Jan. 21 so we'll see what happens! Roger's excited to get his little daddy's girl. I think it's because Ethan is so attached to me. It was so sweet to finally see them together again though and Ethan is always trying to get his daddy's attention and tonight we even got him to say "Dadda". It's so nice to have my husband back with me even though we've stayed plenty busy trying to get things figured out with jobs and Eastern so we'll see what happens.
