Finally The Rest of the Utah trip..

I know it's been so long since I've blogged but I didn't want to post anything new until I got around to getting these images edited from Utah! They turned out cute! There are a lot so check out the fun!
Saturday and Sunday of our trip we went to Heber City and spent the time with Heather's parents and sister aka the Daun family. We enjoyed getting to see a different part of Utah. Saturday for dinner we got to try Dairy Keen. It was delicious. Heather and informed us that they were known for their burgers and I can tell you quite honestly that it was one of the best I've had at a fast food joint...oh and their milkshakes...I crave them all the time now!! I definitely suggest this place if you are in the park city/heber city area. Sunday we took a walk after dinner. It was beautiful. All of these pictures were taken on our walk and then afterwards when we got back and everyone was jumping on the trampoline.

Ali got a lot of sleep this trip!
Aleksa has such a cute little smile! We loved getting to meet her! She has a beautiful personality when she's not trying to tackle one of my babies..haha

Everyone on the way to the park..
Look I caught a picture of Heather jumping in the air!
Heather's little sister Tori and Aleksa!
Ethan loved the gravel.
Roger's face was hilarious so I had to capture it!
Ethan loved the slide. He kept going up and down..up and down.
Roger took these pictures of Aliana after she woke up.
I thought this turned out cute..would've been better if she looked at the camera.
I told you...up and down..up and down..
*Beautiful sunset*

Love this face!
Cam and Aleksa..
Aleksa starting to get Ali...
Three Generations!!

I made these matching headbands! Aren't they adorable together??
It was so hard to get them to look at us at the same time so we just let them play.

On the way back from Utah we stopped at the McDonald's in Boise to meet up with a sister that served in Rob's mission. We were lucky they picked such a fun place for Ethan. He loved it!!
Roger climbed up in there with him and I got this picture of them coming down the slide.

The Reception

Friday afternoon after the being on temple square we went back to the Walker's house for some finger foods and waited to go to the reception. They had their reception at a family friend's property. It was a gorgeous area not to mention decorated lovely. Roger took all of these pictures since my arms were full with Aliana. She needed my attention most of that evening which was fine because I probably would've got in the photographer's way a lot because I saw a lot of cool photo ops but I knew I would just be getting in the way.

This pond has fish and during the reception they fed them and they were jumping everywhere. Ethan just loved it! If you look close you can see the second shooter for the reception.
Their line down by the pond.
The lanterns looked awesome for this area.

Beautiful Aleksa!! We just love her...
Ethan...I liked this picture best in black and white because the lighting was bad.
Auntie Heather with Aliana.
The sunset was gorgeous.
Their beautiful cake!

The beautiful couple together! Cutting the cake....

(one of my favorites) About to feed each other...
I'm sure it was good since it looks like it was chocolate...and I don't know who could not like chocolate cake...

Their first dance together as husband and wife! Don't they look so happy?

Cache dancing with his mom!
Uncle Jimmy and his namesake Ethan James.
He loved the fire!

The getaway vehicle!
Cache going to get his bride!

I loved the idea of having the sparklers. I'd never heard of that before but then again I live in Washington and people from Utah always have creative ideas for receptions because that's the biggest part of the day because everyone can celebrate!

Look at them go on that moped off into the sunset!!

Utah Details

I never said anything about our trip the first two days in Utah. Wednesday we left at 4am and drove to Farmington, UT where we met up with the Walkers and went to Brooklyn's softball game that they won in the last few seconds of the game by one point. After the game we went to Winger's for dinner. It was good, but we were exhausted by then because it was after 9pm and we only got an hour sleep that day because we stayed up so late packing and then left so early. We went back to Jimmy Pardi's house in Provo and talked. Roger, Jimmy, and Ethan took a trip to Taco Bell while I fell asleep. When they got back they stayed up chatting for a while. I was happy to get some rest and let my husband enjoy his time with his buddy. Jimmy had everything set up so nice for us. Thursday we got up and got ready and went back to Farmington so I could take Heather to get pedicures for her birthday present from me! It was fun because we got to leave our little ones with our hubbies and enjoy getting pampered. After we got back to the Walker's they headed off to the rehearsal dinner and we headed back to Provo to hang out with my brothers, Brandon Hill, and Jimmy. We met them at the Provo Towne Centre and then we went to The Pizza Factory for dinner. It was delicious. I wish we had one of those here!! After dinner we ran to the University Mall in Orem and Roger got some brown church shoes. I was trying to find dresses the whole time but my chest is too big and my waist is smaller so I decided I won't be able to buy many dresses until I lose some more weight. I'll just have to resort to shirts and skirts. :( I am sad because there are so many modest dresses out there right now but they don't look good on me!! I bought Turbo Jam (work out videos) before I left for the trip so I'm trying to get the hang of doing them. I know when we move into our own place it will be easier for me to stay on a schedule! More to come when I post the rest of the pictures.

Friday May 16 - Wedding Day

Friday was when Cache and Lindsey were sealed in the SLC temple. It was a beautiful warm day! Roger and I enjoyed taking these pictures. We didn't get any pictures of the beautiful couple at the temple but we did at the reception. Ethan waiting in the new stroller.

Ali was so good!
Family waiting for them to grace us with their presence.
I love this picture of Roger and Ethan.
Roger took some pictures of Ethan and me and I only wish that I would've been looking at the camera.

The sky was so beautiful. I love the Salt Lake City temple.

This is the closest I got to taking a picture of our family on temple square.
Ethan did not want to sit still!!

We're headed to UTAH!!!

We are leaving bright and early tomorrow morning to head to Utah! Our friends Cache and Lindsey and getting married on Friday and we want to be there to celebrate. Our best friends Heather and Cam are going to be there too because Cam is Cache's big brother. Roger served in McAllen, TX mission with Cache where he first met him, but we met Cam while we were going SVU and Roger saw a picture on Cam's board that looked like Texas and it clicked...Elder Walker..and Cam Walker. Anyways...we're so excited to see them and can't wait to play. We are also excited to see Jimmy Pardi. He was Roger's trainer on his mission and Ethan's middle name is after him.

See you when we get back!

Playing in the ExerSaucer

Last Monday I decided I needed to go get the Exersaucer out of storage so Aliana could play with it, because she's growing so fast and wants to do more. And she loves it! It's so nice to put her in there and let her play. When I take her out she's ready for a nap. Ethan loves it when she's in there too because he can interact with her. He likes to crawl under her and grab her legs. I love how she has bubbles in this picture. It doesn't surprise me since she's teething and always drooling.
Look at that smile! I can't believe how big she's getting.

She has the prettiest big eyes!
